This soup mix added with the water called for on the back of the package is fine. This can be streched by adding maybe a bay leaf ,celery, onion & carrots. Then once you have that broth simmering in the pot add your meatballs and if you have some frozen corn or peas. This can be as brothy or full body soup as you wish. Enjoy!!
